An elegant dessert wine made with the alluring Viognier variety. Autumn in Wrattonbully means dewy mornings, soft mists and warm sun on ripe grapes – perfect conditions for 'Botrytis cinerea', a special kind of fungus that intensifies the sweetness level and adds flavour complexity to wine. When combined with the naturally alluring Viognier grape, it creates a golden nectar that becomes FSW8B.
