Refund policy
Damaged or lost goods
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and contact us immediately if your goods are damaged, incorrect, or in breach of a consumer guarantee. We will provide a full refund of the value of the purchase.
We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase before starting the refund process. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original receipt, tax invoice, a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at Harry's Liquor, or your statement which can be found in the My Purchases section of your account.
Change of Mind Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Harry’s Liquor will happily offer a refund or an exchange if you have changed your mind about a purchase, provided that the product is:
- returned within 7 days after it has been purchased
- within its use by or best before date
- still in its original packaging
- not opened or damaged, and in a re-saleable condition.
We will ask you to provide valid proof of purchase.
If your return has been approved in accordance with the above requirements, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method for all items confirmed and returned in a re-saleable condition. Due to high order volumes, our returns process is currently experiencing delays. Please allow approximately 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note return excludes shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
