Delivery Schedule

We generally aim to dispatch an order within 2 business days of receiving your order and/or having the goods available, excluding public holidays. Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order and or having the goods available. Once your order has been received, you will receive tracking details via email.

We are currently in partnership with several delivery carriers to ensure the best delivery service is provided. Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates following pickup by courier.

    • Same-day: Within 4 hours (Sydney Only)
    • Standard Metropolitan: 2 to 5 business days from pickup by courier
    • Standard Country: 5 to 7 business days from pickup by courier 
    • Standard Regional: Up to 10 business days from pickup by courier.

Delivery carrier schedules are impacted mainly during peak periods. Please allow extra time for delivery. 

Orders placed during Public Holidays and peak periods will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, deliveries will not be sent to P.O. Boxes or left unattended.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is made through various trusted carriers. The delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout after selecting your carrier and confirming your delivery address. Please note the delivery fee is calculated by weight. Please check the checkout page for further information and an accurate shipping cost.

Click & Collect

Order Pick-ups are FREE. Wait for an email or SMS telling you your order is ready. Please don’t arrive to collect until you receive our message. Please note that proof of identification is required.

Same-day Delivery (Within 4 hours) - Sydney Only

All products in 'Quick Ship' are available for same-day delivery. Please ensure the person who placed the order is home to receive the package. All orders must be placed before 5 pm to be delivered, within 4 hours, on the same day (available 7 days a week). Orders placed after 5 pm will not be eligible for same-day delivery.

Postage fees reflect the cost of shipping and are dependent on factors including size, weight, and delivery location.

Please note that products not listed in 'Quick Ship' are unavailable for Express Shipping. If an express delivery item is mixed with a standard delivery item in your cart, only standard delivery will be available for the entire order.

Delivery Exclusions

Delivery is not available to any postcodes within the Northern Territory.

In line with our commitment to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and as a signatory of Retail Drinks Australia’s Online Code of Conduct, there are several postcodes in Australia to which we do not deliver under any circumstances.
