A beautiful delicate salmon pink blush. The nose is lifted with strawberry's and watermelon with a subtle spice. The palate is bright and crunchy with red fruit notes and a savoury edge. There is a core of racy acidity that keeps the wine super fresh and easy drinking. Best served well chilled and consumed when in its young and vibrant.
